The visit of Dag Frode Helgestad at the Skotselv Mission Church in Norway was a morning full of gratitude. This was an opportunity to share our work and our mission for the vulnerable children in communities in Uganda. He enthusiastically shared about his testimony that led him to start the organization Ajabu Children's Foundation, as well as that the little we all can do can turn into something very nice and meaningful that can mean a lot to other people; Starting with a few small steps of faith into something new can quickly lead to you eventually walking several miles...
From the time Dag Frode arrived at the Skotselv Mission Church, he was received with open hearts, kindness and warmth, and he felt at home. During the service he joined in on the piano and sang together with his good friend Reverend John. It is beautiful to note how music and worship bring people together.

Dag Frode talked about the work ACF does in Uganda. He shared stories of the children and families whose lives have been changed through education, healthcare and other projects. The congregation listened and was touched by the stories of hope and the opportunities for the children for education and a better life.
A generous gift At the end of the meeting, a generous gift was donated to the work of the Ajabu Children's Foundation. Their kindness and support touched us deeply and gave us even more motivation to continue. We thank the congregation of Misjonskirken Skotselv for this gift! After the service, everyone gathered for tea and cakes, to ask questions and have fellowship. Several were curious about deepening certain parts of the organization's work. Thanks! We are grateful to Mission Church Skotselv for their generosity and for welcoming us so warmly. Your support reminds us that we are not alone in our mission!
